Taconic Gets Bigger Space On Park Ave.

Taconic Capital Advisors is moving on down—Park Avenue.

The $8 billion hedge fund is growing, and to accommodate that growth, it’s moving from 450 Park Avenue to 280 Park Avenue at the corner of East 48th Street. Taconic will have nearly 40,000 square feet at the former Bankers Trust Building, up from about 25,000 square feet at 450 Park, the New York Post reports.
