Asset management data solutions provider Confluence has hired former SS&C executive Katie Kiss as director of performance analytics.

Kiss will be responsible for the implementation of a global go-to-market plan for Confluence’s performance analytics solutions as the company extends its performance analytics capabilities.

She will be based in London and report directly to Philippe Grégoire, managing director of performance analytics. Grégoire joined Confluence following the acquisition of the Belgium-based risk analytics provider Orfival at the end of last year.

Kiss has more than 12 years of experience in the performance measurement field. She was previously global solution manager for performance at SS&C Technologies, and spent ten years at UBS Global Asset Management where she served as UK Head of Performance.

“Europe is now one of the vital markets for our company,” commented Todd Moyer, executive vice president of global business development for Confluence, in a statement. “We have a strategic opportunity to focus on solving the region’s growing demand for performance analytics solutions and Katie not only brings subject matter expertise, but she will also be instrumental in enhancing our existing offering and developing it to the investment management industry.”

Pittsburgh, PA-based Confluence provides data management and automation solutions for the asset management industry, including performance reporting, regulatory reporting, investor communications and fund expense management.

The company’s platform supports a wide array of fund types, including mutual funds, ETFs, alternative investments, institutional portfolios and UCITS funds. Seven of the top 10 global service providers license Confluence products, and eight of the top 10 global asset managers have business processes automated through Confluence.
