Constitution Capital Partners Expands Investment Team

Private equity firm Constitution Capital Partners has added John Drago and Christopher Faucher to its investment team effective November 30.

Drago joins the company from Ernst & Young, where he served as an analyst focused on valuation and business modeling in the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services group. In this role, he performed valuations on private and public companies, legal entities, complex securities, and tangible and intangible assets, within the pharmaceutical/life sciences, industrial, technology and financial services industries.

Faucher was previously with McGladrey, where he served as an associate consultant in the firm’s Management Consulting Services group. In this role, he was responsible for identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and developing policies, processes and procedures for Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain functions.

Boston-based Constitution Capital Partners focuses on lower middle market buyout funds and direct investments in North America. The firm’s investor base consists of pensions, foundations, endowments, and RIAs for whom the company manages approximately $2 billion in committed capital.
