Tages Capital Partners With Rotella For Managed Futures UCITS Fund

Tages Capital has launched a new UCITS-compliant managed futures fund in partnership with systematic investment manager Rotella Capital Management.

The new fund, named the Tages Rotella UCITS Fund, is the fourth sub-fund of the company’s Tages International Funds SICAV, a UCITS-compliant umbrella fund structure domiciled in Luxembourg and regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.

Rotella, established by Robert Rotella in 1995, has been a pioneer in the development of specialist systematic managed futures programs. The company’s Polaris program has been managed since 1991 with the objective of producing consistent absolute returns, minimizing monthly drawdowns, and maintaining relatively low volatility. 

The Tages Rotella UCITS Fund will leverage the Rotella Polaris strategy, Tages said in a statement, and is launching with a minimum of €25 million of institutional capital.

London-based Tages Capital is an specialist alternative asset management business with approximately $2.3 billion in assets under management. Representing the dedicated asset management arm of Tages, Tages Capital manages alternative multi-manager and single manager portfolios as well as investment strategies, including funds dedicated to hedge investing, infrastructure and energy.
