Norton Rose Fulbright Hires New Partner

Norton Rose Fulbright announced that Steve Howard, an investment management lawyer, has joined the global law firm’s New York office as a partner.

Howard, who previously taught investment management regulation as an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, has more than three decades of experience advising international and domestic investment funds and advisers, as well as corporate, financial services and individual clients on a wide range of matters in the United States and globally, according to the firm.

“Steve represents high-profile clients in many of the major financial centers around the world. He gives Norton Rose Fulbright a valuable resource in our growing wealth management practice,” Linda Addison, Norton Rose Fulbright’s U.S. managing partner, said in a statement.
